The Positive Psychotherapy Series is designed to coach participants through a journey to clear their old issues, enhance subjective well-being and be more aware of their own life purpose.

Level 1 - Healing the past
How many old baggages are you carrying in your life? Do you want to clear these old issues so that you can feel more free and alive? In this workshop, you will be going through a process using positive psychotherapy techniques. The process is designed to facilitate you reaching closure of your past and finally letting go you old issues.

Relationships seem to be a life-long lesson to learn. We encounter relationship issues from time to time. It can be our relationship with parents, siblings, relatives, romantic partners, colleagues, children, or ultimately, with ourselves. Many of us strive for having a more rewarding experience in dealing with human relationships. The creation of Deeper Relationship and Beyond Series is to cater your need in this aspect of life, to assist you to become more aware of the dynamics of your relationships and explore ways to help them flourish .

Level 1 - Solving the mystery of your own pain and theirs
Everybody has stories. Everybody's stories contribute to developing crazy life games to play which bring in pain and suffering. The blame game goes on unless we are willing to turn inward and start healing the relationship with others by understanding our own games. In this workshop, you will explore what are the games you are playing that block you to shine your potential and live a full and joyful life.

In this workshop, you will sharpen your awareness in dealing with romantic relationship, attracting a romantic relationship your heart desires, and learn practical psychological skills will be introduced to nurture the growth of the relationship.

Soul Connection Series

Living in a busy city like here, it seems that daily hassles are running our lives instead of we are living our lives. Often times it is easy to lose the sense of who we really are and what are our hearts' true desires. The objective of the Soul Connection Series is to use various creative means to facilitate participants to rebuild and strengthen the connections with their soul and inner wisdom, regaining the sense of who they really are.

Level 1 - Introspection through Soul Painting
Through creative media, we allow our inner self to express. It is a profound and relaxing meditation experience when we fully engage ourselves in painting our truth. Let's enjoy being spontaneous together!

Suitable for those who:

• Are always on the run and would like to have some time to be in touch with themselves
• Claim that they do not know how to express themselves

Level 2 - Connecting through Oracle Cards
Oracle Cards are rich in visuals and contain what Psychologist Carl Jung called archetypal images. It is one of the great tools to access the deeper level our being.
Joane has over 15 years experience in using oracle cards (tarot cards, angel cards and other oracle cards) to connect with her inner self and to use them professionally in working with clients. You will be coached through the awakening journey of reaching a greater understanding yourself by undergoing intensive self reflection exercises and in-class practice. (Please note that this is NOT a fortune-telling workshop.)

In this workshop, you will:

• Know how to select oracle cards that work well with you
• Know how to make good use of oracle cards
• Know how to interpret the card message and beyond
